User Testing + Validation

One of the most overlooked part of any process is making sure the process works. Using a three part process, I work with a small set of actual users to measure the effectiveness of it all. This could include making sure officers can effectively budget, watching a workflow get tested from user to user, understanding how students find resources, or anything else. At the end of the testing, I will provide a set of deliverables, recommendations and more.
