My name is Erin Baynham, and I'm User Researcher in Baltimore, MD.

My career began as a social media manager, working on passion projects, then leading to positions in television, B2C, then higher education.

While working as a website manager and social media manager in 2016, I discovered the world of UX. I’ve been working in the field ever since.

On a personal note, I'm a wife and mama of three who loves to cook, garden and enjoy a good cup of iced coffee. I’m also an avid Orioles fan (through thick and thin)!
